Not long I had the chance to learn from a man that generates an ongoing income of $90,000 every four weeks. Now he takes a 6 month vacation 2 times a year, meaning he’s forever living the life of his dreams.
Now, about the title of this post. Are you down with OPE? What that essentially means is, are you a benefactor of Other People’s Efforts? As J Paul Getty said, “I’d rather have one percent of the efforts of 100 people than 100 percent of my own efforts.” This is power living. Leverage and the understanding of it is what divides the rich from the poor, the truly successful entrepreneur from the struggling entrepreneur.
The CEO of any fortune 500 company knows that in order for his/her success, there has to be a pyramided, leveraged system in place. Everyone can’t be on the same level. And if you haven’t noticed, the wealthiest 5 percent has systems in place where it leverages off the remaining sixty and seventy percent of society. Is it wrong, no, it’s genius, but, the question is, where in the scheme of things do you see yourself? Are you leveraging or are you totally being leveraged?
My BIG suggestion to you is that you get down with OPE… Love it, Learn it, Live it!!! So, here are some tips and suggestions for seasoned and budding entrepreneurs.
1.Create and information product – Create a system of leverage by offering your clients information products. Your clients want to know “How to” and they know and trust you, so you might as well be the person to provide this information. You can even create an affiliate system where individuals will sell your product for you.
2.Create strategic partnerships – It’s not what you know, but who you know and who knows you. Networking with non-competitive partners can create a huge stream of business through referrals and also working with a team of like-minded individuals to create a system of leverage is goldmine.
3.Affiliate marketing – Sell other peoples products and make a percentage from those sales. This is simple, but it will take a little internet marketing know how. But, once you get it, it can be a great source of income. So, think about these suggestions and get down with this OPE thing. Start thinking of expanding yourself and your business to be more to your clients, your community and the globe.
Until then, Take care…
